After building a "project home" several years ago, we vowed to never build again! However, after purchasing a small acreage we started searching for a private builder. We wanted to keep our business within the local community. We sent our plans out to approximately 8 local builders. Only four replied. However none of these gave us exactly what we were looking for.

Finally, we found Bazdaric Homes and sent our plans to Petar. Immediately we felt at ease with him, and found that he understood exactly what we were after and was able to work within our set budget.

"After making the decision to build our dream home, we called Petar Bazdaric after seeing examples of his work around the area. As this was no ordinary home, one of our main concerns was engaging a builder who would do a quality job and one who was easy to communicate our special ideas with. On our first initial meeting with Petar we were so impressed we had decided he would be building our house without even seeing his quote.

During the building stage Petar was always there and easily contactable whenever we had any queries.

We were very pleased with the old fashioned service he provided and any changes we wanted to make along the way he was more than happy to accomodate us.

The tradesmen Petar employs were very professional and friendly and we were surprised at how clean the site was kept. As we went along Petar made suggestions as to different things we could try and I must say, it has made our house truly individual. Being a very large home we imagined it would take 9 - 12 months to complete, but having started in late March, we finally moved in in October. Everything about the house was quality and everyone who comes to the house walks through the door and says WOW!!

Building with Petar was so easy and hassle-free. You hear horror stories of other building companies and it makes you wary, but I can truly say this was the best decision we ever made. "After living in a small farmer's cottage most of married life, we took the plunge and bought a small parcel of land on which to build our "dream home". We looked through all the project homes, though could not agree on one. Our four year old son's comment on walking into yet another project home of "haven't we already been in this one" reminded us how similar all the homes were.
